Black Jack (High School) Division
The JJPMDC BlackJack Division is open to All Services JROTC Units, Independant Military Academies.
The National Society of Pershing Rifles, invites you to participate in the Black Jack Division of the National JJPM Drill Competition on Friday, 13 MAR 2026! As you may know, the location of the JJP MDC changes each year, with this years event being held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, 2101 North Oak St., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577!

Your school is being invited on behalf of the The National Society of Blackjacks, which is the high school arm of the fraternal Pershing family of organizations. It serves as a National Honor Society for cadets enrolled in the JROTC and military school programs of the United States Armed Forces. We hope to speak with instructors from your school about how you can create a Black Jacks unit within your JROTC unit. (download the flyer here)
The JJPMDC takes place during the Pershing Rifles (P/R) National Convention (NATCON). We hope that you will not only participate in the drill competition, but will also take full advantage of the location, and incorporate some of the many educational opportunities that this location affords your cadets. Additionally, Black Jack units/members are invited to participate in the Saturday Evening Pershing Military Ball with the Pershing Rifles and the Pershing Angels (our Sister Sorority).
Participants in Regulation Drill should wear their branches Military Class A or B Uniform with decorations. Teams participating in Exhibition Drill may use the teams special drill uniforms during those performances. The schedule of events for each school registered should be completed NLT 15 DEC 2025. To have an event there must be at least one school competing for that event or the event will be cancelled.

Suspense to register for this event is expected to be NLT 15 DEC 2026.
The registration fee will be $200.00 per Black Jack/JROTC unit/school to register.
